Every engagement starts with an Internal Systems Risk Audit: a fixed-scope look at what your business actually runs on, and where that’s likely to bite you. Fill in the form and we’ll set up a 30-minute call to see if it’s a good fit.

What to expect

1. You fill in the form. Takes about two minutes. The more specific you are about what’s causing pain, the more useful the first call will be.

2. We get on a 30-minute call. It’s a conversation, not a pitch. I want to hear what your operations actually look like and figure out whether an audit would even help you.

3. If it’s a good fit, you get a proposal. You’ll know the scope, the fee, and the timeline before you commit to anything. I don’t bill by the hour, and there’s no open-ended retainer to sign.

4. We start the audit. Usually a week or two after you sign off on the proposal.

What I work on: Google Sheets, Airtable, and Notion setups that have become load-bearing · Zapier, n8n, Make, and Apps Script workflows nobody has revisited · AI tools, shadow usage, and data governance · internal apps and scripts with no documentation · key-person risk.

I also take on: new builds, websites, and internal apps, scoped the same way as everything else: fixed scope, fixed fee.

What I don’t do: generic AI workshops or strategy sessions · hourly consulting.
